Mr. Longhi served as President and CEO of U.S. Steel. He is one of the most renowned names in the industry. Prior to his service at U.S. Steel, he was President and CEO of Gerdau, the largest producer of long steel in Latin America. A metallurgical engineer by training, Mr. Longhi first worked at Alcoa for 23 years where he held various executive positions.
Mr. Tolman began his legal career as a federal prosecutor and then served as legal counsel to the US Senate. In 2006, Mr. Tolman was appointed by President Bush as the United States Attorney in Utah. Over the last decade, he has worked in the private sector as outside general counsel for many companies as well as representing companies such as Raytheon, Sinclair, 1-800 Contacts and others helping them with compliance issues.
Mr. Gimenez has more than 20 years experience as a South Florida construction manager. He has managed over $1 billion in large scale development projects throughout Florida and the Caribbean.

Ms. Lopez has over 25 years of business managerial experience in steel industry operations, including steel mill operations, steel fabrication and international trading operations. Ms. Lopez has also worked in real estate sales and development. Ms. Lopez studied Business Administration and Economics at Boston University and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
